Thank you for choosing to game with mmogcentral.com. We are operated and owned by Vismar Ventures FZ-LLC with a registered office address at Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah.
When you use the services on mmogcentral.com, you’re agreeing to follow our Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree with these terms, please cease your use of our website. 

Please be aware that we do not sell or distribute any of the video games listed on this site under any circumstances.

We might update these Terms and Conditions at any time, so remember to check back here for the latest version.

Creating an Account

To register, provide your email for communication and create a unique secure login password. Remember, each user can only have one account, and sharing it is not allowed. Accounts are for your use only and can’t be transferred. You need to be at least 18 years old to have an account. Keep your password secret and notify us right away if you have any security concerns.

Closing Your Account

If a user violates these Terms of Service, Vismar Ventures FZ-LLC reserves the right to end their agreement, resulting in immediate suspension and eventual account closure. Users can also choose to close their account, as long as all obligations are met. Unresolved obligations could prevent account closure. 

Under 18’s

We are unable to allow users under the age of 18 to create an account, make a purchase or use our website. 

Please note we do under any circumstances sell or distribute any of the video games that are listed on this site.

Selling Your In-Game Currency

When you sell a game to us, we will offer you a price. If you choose to accept, we will send the money to the account details you have provided us with, but first we will need to receive the in-game tokens. Please bear in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account.  

Purchasing Our Products

Please be aware we will not store any of your personal financial information on our website. All our products will display their price clearly, you will have the option to select the package that you require to satisfy your needs. Our process is simple, create an account, select the game package required, add to cart, and proceed to making a payment. All Transactions will appear on your bank statement under MMCVV, UAE. We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. 

Delivery of You Products

Once your payment has been completed all product deliveries will happen within 72 hours. We aim to complete them right away so you will get an email from one of our agents within 24 hours explaining how the product will be delivered. We have three different types of delivery methods, in-game mail, in-game meet or exchanging the product via an auction house. Each of these methods take different delivery times, but you will be informed via email on all. 

Refunds and Cancellations

We always try to make sure that all our orders go smoothly, but sometimes errors can happen. This is unlikely, but if it happens to you then there is something you can do about it. As a first step you must let us know in writing as soon as possible what has happened, for example the Gold was not delivered in-game, or you have been sent the wrong item. We will try to get back to all refund requests within seven working days and please be aware that we will only be able to process refunds at our sole discretion. 
Should you wish to cancel your order we advise to letting us now immediately after placing an order, cancellations can only be carried out if a request is submitted within 12 hours. If we are able to cancel before an order is delivered you can receive a full refund, if the order has already been delivered a cancellation is not possible.

Security

Vismar Ventures FZ-LLC is responsible for keeping your details safe and secure. All transactions are made through a secure payment system that is PCI DSS certified. We, mmogcentral.com do not store any of your financial information. We do not share your details with third-parties and we take significant measures to ensure that no unauthorised personnel are able to access your information. 

Liability & Indemnification

Vismar Ventures FZ-LLC can’t be held liable for issues arising from transactions on its website. Users are responsible for transactions on hacked accounts. Temporary service suspensions due to technical reasons might happen, with prior notice. Users agree to cover any claims, losses, and expenses arising from website use, breaches of the Terms, or violations of laws.

Law & Jurisdiction

If any issues should arise in relation to these Terms and Conditions, Vismar Ventures FZ-LLC is governed by the United Arab Emirates jurisdictions, and the customer should attempt to resolve this amongst themselves. If it cannot be resolved, either party reserves the right to involve the courts and will be subject to the jurisdiction by the law of United Arab Emirates.
